If you are interested in stunt car driving, there are a few things that you should know.  First of all, do it while you are young.  There are a lot of young actors and actresses out there who need stunt doubles for action scenes, and so naturally, movie directors will probably be looking for a young person to fill the role.  If you know that you are going to pursue a career in stunt driving, then there are plenty of stunt car driving schools around.  However, it is usually recommended that you begin early- around the age of 22 years old.  The thinking behind this is that by the time you reach the age of 30 years old or so, you would have built up a fairly solid background in stunt car driving.  Stunt car driving is a dangerous job and you would think that because of this-it would pay really well.  However, if you look at the average salary, there is a wide pay range with the minimum being a couple of thousand all the way up to over $100,000.
