As a Golfmaster, quite often I’m asked if there are any women friendly golf courses here. Without a doubt is my answer. I set up Myrtle Beach Golf Packages for many women. We have over 30 courses in the Myrtle Beach area that have been identified as women friendly courses. These courses have been identified as such by golf magazines, internet articles written by female golfers and the local executive women’s golf association. These have been identified by actually playing the courses, looking at the various slope and golf course ratings and whether the courses were designed with ladies tees in mind and not included as an after thought.

I’ve ridden mechanical bulls dozens of times and have even won a contest for the staying on the longest! Last weekend I was at a local street fair and they had one. This one had a western saddle though. It was the first time I’ve ridden one with a western saddle and I have to say it was a lot easier! If I were going to start riding horses again I would definitely be using a western style saddle. I managed to double my personal record for minutes on the bull. I still only came in fourth in the contest though. There were some serious riders there!

I’m Malcolm and a sport enthusiast. I like the sport of kickboxing and martial arts. The boxing gloves are very important part of whole boxing kit. The gloves are so designed that the power of the punch is carried and at the same time it absorbs the shock of the punch which protects your hands. I was not aware of these facts until recently when it was explained to me by my neighbor while watching a bout. I then acquired a pair of gloves and he accompanied me to choose a good pair. The tighter the seams the better the punches he explained. He advised me to buy one pair with good inner lining which absorbs the sweat and provides better comfort. Now I feel quite comfortable and confident at practice sessions.

More Fiber Is Always Better
One of the best quick weight loss tips is to include lots of fiber into your daily food intake. Many would practically disagree at this point and say taking more fiber can’t possibly be the best route; but the good things it can do for your body, and how it will assist in losing weight, might change their mind.
Fiber can fill you with enough solids, as with water, to your daily liquid requirement. Not only will it suppress your hunger and give off a feeling of fullness, it also has the capability to cleanse your system. With regular intake, it can help increase your metabolism and boost your drive to do exercise more often.

Golf strength training is something that many players do in order to keep fit, improve their game and be better all round players. It is also important to do these exercises to prevent injury. Golf is mainly a slow pace game apart from the swing action which is almost explosive. This uses many different muscles and if they are not properly toned, they ca be easily damaged. Doing specific exercises to stretch these muscles can lead to reduction in the risk of injury and also an improvement in the speed and accuracy of the swing and therefore and overall improvement in the game. It is therefore worth doing these exercises for two reasons – protection against injury and improved game play.

In college I had an instructor in history that I will always remember. Not only did he have a passion for history but his passion carried over into his teaching. I think I still have the notes from that instructor because everything he taught was with such ferocity that I could not get enough. From time to time he gave the class little insights into his personal life. He loved fencing and was even a competitor. How I would have loved to see him in his fencing gear in a match with the same passion that he had for history, he would be unbeatable.

Man has had a long and close relationship with horses that has lasted for thousands of years. What made that first man attempt to ride a horse we can only guess at. How he stayed on long enough to learn to ride and control that horse is an even greater mystery but horses went on to become a big part of our own history and development.
This long history has led to us selectively breeding certain types of horses to suit our needs. This has given us many different horse breeds from carthorses, to horses bred to carry knights into battle and horse bred to become racehorses and all types in between.
When you decide to get a horse for yourself or your children you should read through the list of different horse types to establish what type is the most suitable for you. As with most things in life you will be a lot happier with a horse that matches your temprement and personality than one that does not.

If you are looking to improve your golf game then it is a good idea to work on the muscles that you use when playing. Doing some golf stretching exercises means that you will tone and strengthen these specific areas. It is important to find out which muscles are key to the game and do specific exercises to work on those areas. You will not only improve your ability to hit the ball hard but it will be easier to control the club and therefore your accuracy should improve as well. It is well worth persevering with these exercises for a few weeks and by then you should really be able to see an improvement in your performance during a golf game.

Now that springtime has set in and the trees are starting to sprout leaves, I am excited for all the slowpitch softball I wil be playing very soon. Nothing says springtime like a good softball game and getting together with your friends for some fun and socializing. The weather is just about right and the temperature has rose just enough that I can smell that fresh cut grass smell of a softball field permeating throughout my nostrils. It’s funny how a memory of an event or action can be so closely associated with a smell, but I guess that is the human condition.
