Exercise For Weight Loss Really Isn’t That Complicated
My friend’s wife is on a new exercise program this week. She hardly ever lasts more than a month. Not because she doesn’t get results (but she usually doesn’t), but because she reads too many of those magazines that feature at least one new weight loss exercise program every issue. Rather than staying on a program for a while and giving it a chance to get some results, she hops around because this month’s feature always sounds better than one she’s on. I try to tell her that writers get paid to do that, and all she has to do is pick one she likes and stay with it. The problem is that the ‘one she likes’ varies depending on what magazine she’s currently reading. Ah well.
