How accurate is this?
I have heard that they are now using DNA testing to try to clear some people who are on death row and were convicted before DNA testing was possible. I think this is a good way to find out which people might truly be innocent, since I wouldn’t want to send anyone to die that was wrongly convicted. But how accurate is the DNA testing? How often to the have false positives or false negatives? I think I remember hearing it was very accurate, and I hope this is true since I also wouldn’t want to set free someone who really was guilty.
