What is weight loss really?
For many people losing weight is all about food. The truth is when people go on diets that neglect the body of nutrients or food they can end up gaining weight. True weight loss requires nutrition. The body is like a furnace and without the wood (food) the furnace cannot burn hot hence cannot burn calories. it’s more about controlling what you eat and how often you eat that makes it work. You can also take supplements that speed up the metabolism but it is not safe to do this alone, i.e. just taking the supplements with no exercise and a healthy diet regimen.
