Recently we had a fire it was controlled and only burned down part of the kitchen and the master bedroom. But what did get destroyed was my mother’s old recipe book. Her memory is not what it used to be so we spent hours on like searching through shrimp recipes, it took hours. After three days of searching one recipe was recovered. We had found one similar to the old one, and her memory kicked in and she figured out what was missing and what should be deleted from that recipe. Now onto the next recipes. this make take years.
