Many people have heard the term, sell to rent, but what does that mean? Does that even make any sense at all? Well, actually, it does, and it is a good way for you to get out of debt. This is something that people do to their home. Many times, after buying a home, people cannot afford to live there. Thus, they have to sell their house back to the bank and have no place to live. Instead of doing that, you can sell your house to a company that will buy it and allow you to keep living there. Then you pay rent on it as you would a normal house. That is it! You get to keep living in your house, and you get your debt paid off. Sure, it sounds too good to be true, but it is happening all over the world!
