Every investment newletter mas a meaning all its own

Every writer has his or her own slant on things. It’s no different in the business of investment publications. Some of them have been around for years, and enjoy an envirable record of succes.  Others are newer to the field, and have little to show by way of performance. I like a market letter that has been in publication for quite a while, but only if it is divorced from the stock brokerage business. I have no interest in buying stocks on the basis of a recommendation from a stock broker, because his interest is different from mine. He wants to make a commission, and his fealty to me is limited at best. I much prefer to work with an investment adviser whom I pay for services rendered - pure advice, not geared to a commission at all.
