We are having a really hard time keeping an adequate receptionist for our company. I think maybe we need to pay a lot more than we have budgeted to keep a good receptionist in the position. As a result I am looking to eliminate the receptionist position altogether and hire a company that specializes in voice biometrics. This way I can cancel out the headache of a personal employee, eliminate salary, health care etc. and still have my phone calls answered each and every time a client calls in. I will never have to worry about hiring or replacing another receptionist.
