Super service from leather man for my new Leatherman Skeletool CX
have a collection of Leatherman tools, started with a Mini-tool back in the eighties. I actually broke it, and sent it in. A couple of weeks later it returned. I at first thought it had been replaced, but it still carried my SS# etched on the flip-out handles. Inside the box was a letter "Dear Leatherman Customer, Your tool has not only been repaired, but upgraded to improve its usefulness." Wow, talk about good customer service. I added the Super Tool, Wave, and Leatherman Skeletool CX to my collection and have used them all with confidence. A Leatherman tool is not a "compromise" tool. Each is a serious tool to get the job done and I use them everyday in my job as a repair Tech. I figure why look thru my toolbox when I have it on my belt?
